Our FAQ is here to help answer the most commonly asked questions.


Where is my order confirmation e-mail?

An order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically when you place an order. If you cannot find yours, please verify that you have entered your email correctly. Also take a look in your spam inbox. If you can't find it, send an email to us at order@baldershage.se  and we'll send you a new one.

Can I do changes on my order?

All orders placed are binding. If you want to change or cancel your order, we have some opportunity to do it, but since we try to get our orders out as soon as possible, it may already been processed and therefore not possible to cancel.

Why did I not receive all my items or why did I get the wrong items?

If you did not receive all your ordered items, please reach out to us via email at order@baldershage.se as soon as possible and we will fix it for you! Don't forget to write your order number. Free return shipping is on us. 

Our shipping partners

Shipping within Europe is sent by DHL Parcel Connect. Outside Sweden and Europe we send by UPS.


When will my package arrive?

Normally, your order will be sent within 2-4 working days from the time your order is confirmed. 

When the order leaves our warehouse an e-mail (via Pacsoft Online) is sent to the recipient. The email shows the address to which the order is sent as well as a tracking number to see where the order is located.

Please enter your mobile number when ordering for easy and quick notification via SMS. Notification is made otherwise by letter.

What's the shipping cost for my order?

For orders outside Sweden we have the following shipping costs:

For orders shipping to Finland and Denmark the cost is 15 EUR incl. VAT

For orders shipping to other countries in the EU the cost is 19 EUR incl. VAT.

For orders shipping to Norway the cost is 30 EUR excl. VAT.
For orders shipping to Switzerland and Åland the cost is 40 EUR excl. VAT.
For orders shipping to rest of the world the cost is 80 EUR excl. VAT.

What methods of payment does Balders Hage accept?

We use Klarna checkout. Klarna's services are different depending on your country. Select your country in the checkout to see your payment options. Credit card payment are valid for all selectable countries.

When do I get my refund?

As soon as we have received and handled your return we will make a refund to you. Refund is made within 3 days. 


How do I make a return?

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days after you have picked up your package.

Please contact us at order@baldershage.se prior to returning your item for information on how to complete the return. For orders outside Sweden the customer has to pay and arrange the return by them self. When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Please make sure to pack the returned goods well in order to avoid transportation damage.

Where is my return slip?

Please contact us at order@baldershage.se and we will send you a new one to print, fill and send with the return package.

How do I make a claim?

Always check the product's condition when you receive the order. A complaint can be made if the items is defective or if you get the wrong items. Contact us as soon as you receive the package. If the parcel arrives in bad condition and the products inside are missing or damaged, you will need to make a complaint to the delivering company directly after discovering the problem. Contact us at order@baldershage.se and we will help you. Describe the fault of the product and attach pictures of the damage.


Do you have any physical stores?

No, we do not have any physical stores.

The store in Alingsås was sold 2007 and lives on today with new owners. The store in Göteborg was sold 2019 and got new owners as well as a new name - Krut & Krusiduller.
