PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We use Klarna checkout. Klarna's services are different in different countries. While you're in the checkout you can select your specific country and see the different payment options. Credit card payment are valid for all selectable countries.

Please enter your mobile number when ordering for easy and quick notification via SMS. Notification is made otherwise by mail. When the order leaves our warehouse an e-mail (via Pacsoft Online) is sent to the recipient. The email shows the address to which the order is sent as well as a tracking number to see where the order is located.
Free shipping for orders within Sweden over 700 SEK. If your amount is less there will be a shipping charge of 69 SEK.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AS FOLLOW, PLEASE SELECT "INTERNATIONAL" IN THE TOP MENU BEFORE ORDERING.
For orders shipping to Finland and Denmark the cost is 15 EUR incl. VAT
For orders shipping to other countries in the EU the cost is 19 EUR incl. VAT.
For orders shipping to Norway the cost is 30 EUR excl. VAT.
For orders shipping to Switzerland and Åland the cost is 40 EUR excl. VAT.
For orders shipping to rest of the world the cost is 80 EUR excl. VAT.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
You have the right to return your goods within 14 days after you received the goods (i.e. when the package is picked up by you at your delivery point or the letter / package arrives to your home).
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to returning your item for information on how to complete the return. For orders outside Sweden the customer has to pay and arrange the return by them self.
If for some reason you have received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you to return the wrong product. Free return shipping.
Always check the product's condition when you receive the goods. One can be as defects if the product has manufacturing defects or otherwise defective. It is important that you make a proper notification. Report any shipping damage directly to the shipper upon receipt of goods. Should the goods be damaged or otherwise defective or you received wrong item / wrong number so please contact us immediately. Contact us at email@example.com we'll help you. We account for shipping and send you an address card / waybill so that you can return free of charge the defective goods. Goods returned to cash on delivery is triggered not by us.
